John Legend’s workout is not a comfortable routine; you will need to work hard to get a body like John. In an interview with The Essence, John talked about what he does in his workout routine, and we are going to discuss that only. The workout routine of John legend mostly focuses on Cardio, Boxing, and Weight training.

For the cardio routine, John prefers to focus on three central John that includes; running, Jump rope, and boxing.
