In the video, you can see her doing someone else workout as she was talking about someone. The video contains exercises like cardio, weight training, bodyweight training, etc.
However, recently when the Pandemic was going on in April, Jordyn shared a video on Instagram showing her butt workout.

Training days: Monday to Wednesday
In the cardio routine, we will be doing half an hour to a 45-minute workout routine. You can do any cardio workout according to your liking but make sure to use it in a way that will affect your whole body. If you can’t, then follow this routine to get the best results from the training:
- 15 minutes incline running
- 15 minutes air bike
- 5 minutes of warm-up rest
- 10 minutes of the water rower

Training days: Monday to Wednesday
We will be doing three days of workout that will focus on the core and lower body more. As we have seen, that’s what Jordyn likes to do when she’s at home.
Rest time: 30 seconds

Training days: Thursday and Friday
For dance practice, you can join classes for two days every week. It will be excellent working for you as it works the whole body, provide you flexibility, a thin waistline, and a well-toned body. It also works quite well as a cardio routine that helps you burn many calories while training your muscles.
