Joseph’s traits include incredible IQ, superhuman strength, and remarkable fighting skills in Mixed Martial Arts. Now about how he trains and there is a way to get a body like Joseph. Well, looking at Joseph, you probably can’t train as he trained as most of the abilities that he uses have gotten passed down, and some are even not possible. However, if you see how he is built, it’s almost like a professional bodybuilder in an IFBB competition. His height is even better than actors like Chris Evans, Henry Cavill, etc.

We will be training weight training and core routine in the morning routine; this will help you get toned and build muscles like Joseph. Now, as Joseph is quite bulky, we will be focusing on a training pattern where you lift heavy weights on each set and do control movements but with fewer reps. That way, you can concentrate a lot on increasing muscle mass. After that, we will do a core circuit routine to train our abs.

We will do an hour of Martial Arts training four to five days a week in the evening routine. As we know, Joseph was an excellent martial artist, so getting a body physique like Joseph doing martial arts is required. However, if you are a beginner, stick to doing only the morning routine until you get used to the workout.
