Joshua is quite famous and an incredible musician that is known for his videos and acting skill. However, you can also see him on magazine covers and doing different photoshoots. It’s no surprise with a lean figure like him, Joshua has slain all the shots and given some of the best pics.

Even in movies, his personality is something else, so precisely what does Joshua do to keep him in that slim and lean body physique. Well, I tried finding that out and couldn’t get a hard enough proof where he is showing the workout or doing some exercise.

Joshua doesn’t have a very muscular or a ripped body physique, so I don’t think he would be doing workouts like weight lifting and training a lot. However, don’t worry; I can still tell you a routine that you can follow to get a body like Joshua Bassett and look very similar to him.

As we know, the body shape is relatively lean, so we will be doing lots of work out like cardio and HIIT that will help us get that slim shape. I don’t think working out every day would be as necessary here. So we will train five days a week, and then for the rest of the week, we will keep our activity in the count and stay active.

Cardio

To lose weight by doing cardio is an effective way. You can do any cardio routine that you want and think would be great for you. I would recommend following a high-intensity interval training method, as it will consume less time and help you burn many calories while keeping your body in shape. Do a 10-minute interval training on these workouts with one minute at a moderate pace and 30 seconds sprint.

  • Running on the treadmill with 3 to 6 levels of incline
  • Biking
  • Hydro-rowing machine
  • 5 minutes of jump rope

 

Bodyweight Workouts

Now that we have gotten our cardio done, we will finish it with a few bodyweight exercises to tone our muscles and give them the basic shape. The activities will be quite simple, and you can do it anywhere you want, so let’s get into the routine:

  • Push-ups
  • Pike push-ups
  • Pull-ups
  • Mountain climbers
  • Crunches
  • Leg raises
  • Russian twist
  • Plank hold
  • Squats
  • Lunges

 

Active Rest Day

So after you follow the above routine for four to five days a week, then make sure you stay active on the other rest days. That’s the essential workout that you need to do always. You can do any activity from playing sports to doing house chores, and the main thing is to stay fit and get your body moving.
