Josuke Higashikata Workout Routine

Josuke undoubtedly holds one of the best abilities of healing and restoring everything that he sees. He can even turn a wooden table into lumber and do many more things. His physical traits are also super athletic and very agile with his moments, which you can notice in some parts of the series. Other than that, his body is not that big like the other JoJo’s we have seen so far.

He’s more like an average guy with an average build; he’s muscular for sure, but not as bulky as Dio, Jotaro, Joseph, etc. Josuke was also the first JoJo to get shown that lean and short, and after that, we have seen JoJo’s getting shorter from that point. However, there is no doubt that Josuke is quite strong, and his body physique is still a lot better than most of the other characters.

So how do you train like Josuke? Also, can we have fitness like Josuke? The abilities and power like the character are not possible as it’s in the anime, but you can aim for a body like Josuke. His body is almost like aesthetics bodybuilders or calisthenics athletes. We can train like them if you want, but I want to approach Josuke’s character straightforwardly.

Instead of doing various exercises, we will try to keep it simple and gym workout, with some combat training to get that fighting skills like Josuke. We will be training and working out five days a week. On each day, we will work out twice a day so our body can rest in between the exercises.
