So I think that Juju Salimeni works each muscle on a particular day and trains for at least six days a week. At the same time, I was doing cardio for the warm-up and training core 10-20 minutes every day. It’s almost like how bodybuilders train their body, focusing on each body part a day for an hour to an hour and a half. We will start with a cardio warm-up, for which I would suggest doing 10-15 minutes of Stairmasters or cycling. Once you get done with the routine, we will carry on with our weight training routine and, in the end, finish it with a core circuit finisher. Also, if you want to get as much muscle mass as Juju Salimeni, you should focus on lifting heavy weights and doing fewer reps.
