AllKpop covered an interview of Jun Ji-Hyun by W Korea Magazine, where Jun Ji-Hyun talked about the secrets of being so fit. The reason that Jun Ji-Hyun stays in such good shape is that she exercises like it’s breathing. Her love for exercising is not just temporary, it’s very constant, and she loves to exercise every day. Jun Ji-Hyun mentioned that she wakes up 6-7 am to exercise daily, which is not even part of her workout.
Then she starts her real workout, for which Jun Ji-Hyun goes to Pilates classes three days a week, and before the Pilates classes, Ji-Hyun will do an hour of cardio workout. So Jun Ji-Hyun does work out every day, but she goes to the extreme on three days of the week, adding Pilates and cardio.

So I will add a routine that you can try; it will contain three circuits. Each circuit will have five exercises, and you will be doing three sets of each circuit.
