I mean, there is no doubt why he’s famous; the guy is about to be 34, and he can still pass for a teenager role in any movie or show. That’s how young Jung Hae-in looks in real life. So what are the things that he does to keep himself fit?

Well, to find out that, I searched for a while to know what Jung Hae-in does and if he even workout or not? It turns out he does workout regularly; it got mentioned in the article of Metro Style, as you can see right here. Jung Hae-in eats healthy and works out regularly in the gym. However, there was no exercises or routine mentioned anywhere, so I can’t explain to you his workout that he likes to do.

However, don’t get sad, as knowing his body type and that Jung Hae-in goes to the gym is more than enough to make a routine. I have created many Korean actors and actresses routines, so it won’t be as hard as you may think. We will focus on working out for about six days a week and train for one and half hours maximum.

The workout will contain doing a little bit of cardio and lots of weight training exercises. Also, this plan got made for slim people who want to get lean bulk or healthy BMI. If you are fat or overweight, then you might want to increase the cardio intensity and duration. So now, let’s get started with the workout routine.

Cardio

We will start with some cardio workout in which we will do a basic treadmill running at a moderate pace for about 20 to 30 minutes. It will help you lose fat and burn many calories while keeping your body warmed up and ready for the main workout routine.

 

Weight Routine

We will start doing six days of mixed workout routine in weight training, focusing on the upper body, lower body, and core workout. Or you can also choose to train a different single body part each day of the week.

These training patterns will help you get a body like Jung Hae-in, but I recommend doing training with mixed exercises. So train each body part twice a week, and you will be good.

Even though Jung Hae-in stated that he eats healthy food and likes to stay that way all year long, he never mentioned what kind of foods or diet he takes, but I’m guessing a lean protein diet, vitamins, carbs, and healthy fats.

While coming to cheat meals, I don’t think he does eat cheat meals that often. However, I would say you can have one day of cheat meals as long as you keep it in moderation. So now, let’s see my version of the Jung Hae-in diet.
