Yoga is what I call the ultimate workout routine; you can get many benefits with this workout routine. So we will start by doing three days of yoga every week for an hour. If you were already doing yoga and used to doing it, you can continue to do yoga every day for about an hour. This workout is the only work out where you will not get any side effects.

 

Cardio

Two days of the week we will be doing a cardio workout, now for Jurnee, she likes to sweat it out by doing dancing and jump rope, which is in a way cardio exercises only. I’m sure that not everyone wants to dance. However, we can still do things like treadmill, running, biking, spin class, water rower, etc., to get a great cardio routine. Make sure that you burn at least 200 to 300 calories every session.
