Justin Baldoni explained his diet in the same video interview with the Men’s Health channel. Justin Baldoni mentioned following a Paleo diet plan, focusing on lean meat, nuts, fruits, and veggies. He even ordered a Paleo bread that is gluten-free, sugar-free, etc. Later on, he explained how his diet is all pre-made and bought in by “Factor75” which is a huge help for him.
