As Sa-wol, he dons a masked and mysterious appearance throughout the trailer and we are intrigued by his performance.

Kang has been a product of Korea National University of Arts and this is one of his most anticipated projects.

Walking

We went through Kang Yoo Seok’s Instagram page and it seems he loves his long walks in the woods or even simple walks along the roadside. He clicks a lot of pictures in such serene environments. 

Walking is preferred by many celebrities who like to keep their workout schedules outdoors and enjoy the beauty of nature. 

Walking is the most natural form of exercise and one of the most wholesome. Walking is actually important for the well-being of the human body.  Additionally, it builds lean muscles, improves metabolic rate, and promotes good mood. It can be highly beneficial for maintaining blood sugar levels, and blood pressure and avert heart and lung diseases.

 

Ice Skiing

We also came across one of Kang’s pictures where he is into Skiing. And he looks thrilled to be playing that sport. So it seems he loves to ice-ski and it has some great health benefits too. For example, it works wonders for longevity and builds muscles, improving blood circulation. Every sport releases happy hormones, so Skiing is also a natural mood enhancer. Columbia.com reports Ice-skiing as a form of HIIT workout because of its start-and-stop nature.  It provides a short-term but intense workout to our bodies, where they contract and relax the muscles. It is also great for consistency and helps you lose weight without actually getting into boring and repetitive weight training.

 

Scuba Diving 

It seems Kang loves mountains and beaches equally. He shared a picture of himself in Scuba diver boots in a recent Instagram post and we think he loved the experience.  Scuba Diving is fun, and it feels surreal at the moment. But it also has great health benefits. Promotion of emotional well-being, calorie burning, improved blood circulation, and release of stress is just some of them.  It’s one of the most effective exercises for cardiovascular fitness, increases muscle mass, and improves flexibility and focus.

So, if you like Scuba Diving and the environment around you allows it, you can get into regular scuba diving for health and fitness.

 

Swimming 

It seems Kang Yoo Seok is a true water child. He loves swimming too. Swimming is an effective low-intensity exercise that helps you with releasing stress. It calms you down, but also works on flexibility, lung and heart strength, and builds lean muscles which are not stiff. So, swimming can also be a good part of your fitness routine if you are interested in it.

Kang Yoo Seok is a fan of meat and he seems to also like coffee. A protein-rich diet is the foundation of a lean muscular frame and one often sees most celebrities with lean bodies, resort to a diet with less carbohydrates and more fiber and protein. These are essential to build muscles and limit carbs, preventing your body from fattening or losing its tone and posture. It also prevents you from eating processed food rich in bad cholesterol which promotes heart health.
