Cardio and Yoga

The rest of the days, we will be doing cardio and yoga. I would recommend doing an hour of yoga class in the morning to help you get a flexible body and toned muscles like Katheryn Winnick. It will also make your waistline lean and slim while making your buttocks toned and get them in shape. After that, you can do 20-30 minutes of running for your cardio workout to lose the calories and slim down in the evening.
