Katie gets also known for being super hot and beautiful with having a very fit and healthy body. That is the type of body even Katie fans want to have and learn more about Katie’s secrets. So if you also want the Katie Angel workout routine and the Katie Angel diet plan, keep reading.

Katie Angel Workout Routine

Katie has been doing YouTube for a long time, and since I have seen her, she always looks incredible. Katie makes a lot of funny content, Vlogs, but now mainly focusing on expanding her musical career. While doing that, Katie is also concerned about her body shape and fitness. So Katie likes to stay fit and keep herself active.

That’s why you can see her abs and lovely curves, so now if you are wondering what Katie does, then don’t worry. I tried to find some articles, but not much was there about Katie’s workout; something else kept popping up, so I looked at her Instagram, there I found many videos where she does home workouts like this video. However, I do know that Katie likes to go to the gym and work out.

Katie mainly focuses on her lower and abdomen areas by including various squats, lunges, etc. Maybe she also does a warm-up workout routine that consists of Katie doing workouts like running, Stairmaster, etc. I can’t say for sure, as I was not able to get her original workout routine. However, the gym is one thing that is part of her daily routine, as you can see here in her old YouTube video.

So let’s start doing a workout routine containing those exercises; I have a full-body weight training circuit routine that will give you a great workout. We will train five days a week and for about one hour and a half, so let’s get ready:

Cardio

As we saw in her old youtube video, Katie likes to do things like elliptical machines or other cardio machines. So we will do any one of the cardio exercises like the elliptical machine, treadmill, Stairmaster, etc. Keep the routine at a moderate pace and do it for about 30 to 40 minutes for best results.

 

Weight Training

In weight training, we will do three rounds of mixed workouts that will focus on every region. Also, it will be a circuit routine where we will do each exercise for a minute in each circuit do four exercises with one-minute rest in the end.
