Katsuki Bakugo Workout Routine
Bakugo is one of the powerful characters in the series, even though he started as rude, cruel, and filled with hatred for Midoriya. Bakugo has learned how to respect Midoriya for his hard work, and now he’s always pissed because Midoriya has achieved so much, from being a quirkless person to being one of the strongest heroes ever.
So that hatred and un-acknowledgment have finally turned into respect for Deku. It is now coming back to Bakugo personality, how he fights, and the key factors that make him stronger? Well, things like his aggressive nature and the brute strength of his powers make him dominate on the battlefield. Then as long as we are talking about physical appearance, I would say it’s almost similar to Midoriya body shape.
Bakugo shares almost identical height and age, and they both look ripped, so I would say that to get a body like Bakugo, we can follow the Midoriya workout routine. So we will be focusing on workouts like strength training, cardio, weight training, and our core workout. The workout will go on for about five-six days a week, and it will get divided into two parts every day.
That way, your body can rest in between the workouts. Also, on the rest days, try to do any activity and keep your body moving and active. You can do like hiking, running, swimming, biking, yoga, etc. These workouts will be there to make sure that your body is active to do any exercise.
Katsuki Bakugo workout includes:
Cardio/Core (morning routine)
We will start with 30 minutes of HIIT running to burn your body and make you feel tired as hell. Start with running for a minute at a moderate pace and then sprint for 30 seconds to continue for 30 minutes.
Then when you get done, we will do a core circuit routine to get a stronger core. We will be doing this 5 minutes after the cardio workout every day. So your body can recover from running.
Weight Training
In weight training, you can do a mixture of upper body and lower body training. We will be training for four days and doing 6 to 8 exercises every day. Also, if you want, you can add 15-30 minutes of boxing interval training for your cardio finisher at least three times a week.
