Still, I won’t say that it’s all in her routine, or there’s more in her routine, as I got no substantial evidence. However, I can give you a method with some of the workouts that will provide you with a lean body, just like Kiernan Shipka.
The workout routine will get focused on things like cardio, full-body exercises, and yoga. These three will be our key to achieve that lean figure, and we will work out for five days a week.

Training days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
For a cardio workout, we are going to do a pure outdoor run. It doesn’t matter what time you do this workout; it’s totally up to you, whatever time seems fine to feel free to do at that time.
So we are going to run for about four miles and if you can’t run that much, try as much as you can and cover the rest distance by walking. This workout will burn a lot of calories and burn that extra fat from the whole body.
Yoga/Pilates
Training days: Tuesday and Friday
Now, we will add two days of yoga or pilates whatever workout you might want to do. Both of these workouts will help you achieve the flexibility and strength that you need.
They will tone your body and make sure you also burn a lot of calories while doing that. Your body will feel more relaxed, and all the pain from another workout will get over after a good session of these workouts.
Full-body workout
Training days: Monday to Friday
The last workout that we will do is a full-body workout that will focus more on our core and lower body. You will do this every workout day in the weekly routine for about 20 minutes to 30 minutes. The workout will be a circuit routine so that you will be resting after completing the whole set.
