Killua is one of the youngest members and yet tends to be the most essential and most promising member and the best friend of Gon. He is undoubtedly the Flash of the anime series. You will see him achieve lighting speed and other excellent electric power that he converts with his Nen.

Killua poses great powers about his agility, and his lean body shape is made strong but quite aesthetic. Killua even is leaner than Gon, so his figure more likely achieved by doing stuff like cardio and some other circuits training. Also, the martial arts workout also. Let’s learn some more stuff about the Killua workout routine.

Killua has resistance to different stuff like poison, electric shock, etc. All of this is because, since childhood, he got trained the hard way. The parents of Killua taught him martial arts, forbidden techniques, and how he can go without sleep for days without getting tired. Now it’s mostly impossible to be like Killua when it comes to physical fitness. However, you can gain some of his traits.

To do that, we would need to do some training every day to include mental to physical training. Don’t worry; I won’t tell you to sit on an electric shock chair. I mean meditation as that will help you get connected with your body and the aura. I don’t think that you will be able to get your Nen to activate, as it takes hours of meditation, and it’s still not proven that it can get awakened.

Martial Arts

Our main workout will be two hours of martial arts training six days a week. You need to join an MMA gym and learn whichever style you want. To get the nearest to the style of Killua, you should learn Chinese martial arts if you can. Make sure you do go and train every day, even if you train only one-hour somedays, but you should train every day.

 

Meditation

Do at least 30 minutes of mediation every day, but you are new to meditating. Then start with 10 minutes and increase it every week, even if you can do 30 minutes, to increase it every week. This routine will help you gain so many positive vibes and increase your inner peace while keeping your body balanced.

 

Cardio

As we saw, Killua is fast, almost like the Flash, so he needs to do a lot of cardio for that stamina. Unlike Flash, Killua didn’t get powers by some miracle; he worked for it and trained. So you need to train your body by running 5km to 10km every day.

It’s not impossible, but it can get achieved by many people. I would recommend sticking to only martial arts for the first month and gaining stamina with that workout for a beginner. The second month aims for 2km to 5km and from the third go for 5km to 10km.
