Well, Kim works out almost every day first; let’s get this part clear. The reason behind her fitness lies in two workouts that Kim believes in and has shared a lot. The first workout that Kim does is already known and followed by all K-pop idols. It’s the dance choreography.

The morning routine will be our cardio, or you can say dance routine. We will do two hours of dance class in the morning; you can choose to learn any style you want to learn.
The aim is to get that cardio in, and with dance, you can get your cardio, work your core, and increase your flexibility. So it’s more beneficial than just doing simple cardio workouts like running, biking.
In the evening routine, we will be doing the Pilates routine, as that’s what Kim does. I don’t know the duration of her Pilates class, but I would say an hour of Pilates workout would be enough to give you a body like Kim.
