However, is it that easy for Kim Hyun-Joong to stay lean? Well, I read an article that covered the statement of Kim Hyun-Joong. Kim Hyun-Joong, in that statement, said that he doesn’t have to do a lot of dieting, and all he needs to do is cut out the protein and fiber from his diet and play a lot of soccer.
I have seen his Instagram videos, and I can tell Kim Hyun-Joong does play soccer a lot. Even when he is on tour, he likes to play soccer. However, while losing weight is no problem for Kim Hyun-Joong, he still needs to work out and stay healthy yet slightly muscular. For that, he goes to the gym and also takes a proper diet.
So I couldn’t find much info about his workout, only a few pics of Kim Hyun-Joong working in the gym.
