Kim Hyun-Joong is one of the guys who has always stayed fit and in a very lean shape. Kim Hyun-Joong makes it look super easy to be in his shape? However, is it that easy for Kim Hyun-Joong to stay lean? Well, I read an article that covered the statement of Kim Hyun-Joong. Kim Hyun-Joong, in that statement, said that he doesn’t have to do a lot of dieting, and all he needs to do is cut out the protein and fiber from his diet and play a lot of soccer.

I have seen his Instagram videos, and I can tell Kim Hyun-Joong does play soccer a lot. Even when he is on tour, he likes to play soccer. However, while losing weight is no problem for Kim Hyun-Joong, he still needs to work out and stay healthy yet slightly muscular. For that, he goes to the gym and also takes a proper diet.

So I couldn’t find much info about his workout, only a few pics of Kim Hyun-Joong working in the gym. So I guess we can say when Kim Hyun-Joong wants to gain muscle, he sticks to weight training and a protein diet. So we can follow that and add in some cardio workouts to give you an overall workout. We will be working out five days a week and for about an hour to two hours max. So let’s get started:

We will do five days of weight training to train each body part on different days. First, however, I will give you 10 minutes to 15 minutes core workout that you will do every time after weight training.

Boxing

For a cardio workout, we will be doing 15-20 minutes of HIIT boxing routines, and here, you will also be working your upper body. I won’t say that you need to do it every day after the workout, but try three days a week.

For the diet plan, I haven’t seen Kim Hyun-Joong doing a special diet; as Kim Hyun-Joong said, he cuts out the protein fiber foods for losing weight. But, on the other hand, for gaining muscles, he takes a proper diet with protein. However, Kim Hyun-Joong’s diet is not strict. So I’ll be giving you a diet that will work nicely with this workout.
