Kim Mingyu Workout Routine

Mingyu has one of the best transformations, as we all know when he was super lean when he started in the group as a teenager. He was super lean and almost like not even 60kg weight while having such a great height. If you see Mingyu, he has many muscles, even though he’s not like a bodybuilder type ripped.

Mingyu still got an adorable and lean aesthetic body that is great for models and artists. So how can he keep himself fit? I tried to find out; while I know the young Kim Mingyu used to do many dancing workouts and stretches, I don’t know what Mingyu now does to get bulked up a little more.

I think the routine hasn’t changed a lot. Maybe, he just started eating more healthy stuff, and we knew they dance for two to three hours a day. So it’s more than enough of a workout. However, I would say it will be okay to add some free-body workouts like push-ups, pull-ups, etc. That will help you get a better muscle definition.

So we will do this stuff and get a good workout routine that will help you get bulked up. The training will be going on for six days a week, and we will work out for two to three hours a day. So get ready, as it will not be easy, it will contain lots of cardio and a few toning exercises. Let’s get it started:

Dancing

Kim Mingyu loves to dance, and it’s part of their everyday routine as long as he wants to stay an idol. We all know dancing is what K-pop artists promote while having godly vocals, and that’s what we are going to as well.

We will be doing two hours of dance workouts, for which I think you should go and join a dance class. If dancing isn’t a thing for you, you can also do cardio workouts like HIIT running, biking, water rowing, etc.

However, I will recommend you do the dance routine as it burns many calories and all that extra fats faster, and you won’t ever get bored. If you are a beginner, try to take it easy and do only one hour of workout.

 

Circuit Routine

We will finish the day in the evening with a circuit-free-body routine. It will help you tone the muscle and also get a good body structure.
