Looking at Kim Seon-Ho working out and how he has built his body, I would say he focuses on particular body areas five to six days a week, and before the weight training, he does 20-30 minutes of cardio as a warm-up.
I could indeed see him getting a good body shape because of his consistency in the gym. We will be training five to six days a week in the gym for about an hour and a half. So the weight training will be just about an hour, and we will do half an hour of cardio and core workout.
