I love anime, and whenever someone becomes part of that world, I start to like them as well. Now, while being part of anime, she also has a very slim and lean body that makes her look beautiful and hot at the same time. So how does Kim So-Hyun maintain that figure?

Also, I tried to find some interviews to learn about her diet and workout, but all I found was facts about her, and that’s all. While Yoga is like for every body part, it depends on how you want to train the body. It also tones your body while giving you a slim waistline and flexible body shape. If you need super flexibility, then do go for Yoga.
In the end, we will do 30 minutes of circuit routine that will be toned and build muscle for your whole body. It will be a free-body workout so that you won’t need any equipment. It’s a quick workout that will burn calories and save your time.
