King Bach is an actor and star known for his vines and slowly getting into Hollywood and making rap songs. King Bach was one of the first vine artists that went global trending for his comedy videos and still posts videos on his YouTube channel. However, if you follow him for a long time, you will surely see how King Bach has always been in great shape. So if you also want to know more about how he can keep himself fit and healthy, then keep reading.

So to get information about his workout, I searched some interviews or articles related to his workouts. After a while, I was able to find this article from Men’s Health that interviewed King Bach. In that interview, King Bach talks about his daily workout and working even in quarantine. So in that interview, King Bach stated that he loves to work out, and when he can go out again, he will start working out in his boxing gym doing sparring and pad work.

King Bach also mentions that he will also do some weight training once he gets done boxing. So to get a body like King Bach, we will need to work out at least four-five days and do active rest days. I will be adding weight training and boxing workouts to this routine; we will not focus much on cardio, as boxing will work our cardio muscles enough. So let’s gets started with the workout:

Boxing and Weight Training

We will be starting with 30-45 minutes of boxing workout where you can join a boxing gym and learn there. If you don’t have access to a boxing trainer and still have the equipment, you can start working out yourself. There are many boxing workouts on YouTube that you can try following this HIIT heavy bag workout video.

Once you get done, we will be hitting the weight training; in the weight training, we will be doing five days of workouts where we will focus on training different muscle groups every day. Also, once you get done, we will be doing a quick core workout routine to finish our workout routine. So let’s get started:
