Kirito Workout Routine

When you look at Kirito, he indeed gives you k-pop vibes. At the same time, he does have hair like that, a typical high school kid trying to live everyday life with his friends. He is also entirely of a charmer, and especially his idol-like lean physique makes him look even more attractive. So it’s not shocking that people want to roleplay as Kirito and even look like him. Now the question is, how do you get a body like Kirito? Well, one thing for sure is don’t sit at home and play games all day.

You will ruin your body and health if you do that in reality. So how can you get that lean and toned body? Well, you can do different things to get a body like Kirito. As I said, Kirito has a very typical K-pop idol-type figure. So working out like an idol will help you get a physique like Kirito. So I would indeed say that cardio is a must-do thing if you want to slim down and get rid of all the body fat, then HIIT training and some weight training.

All of these training methods are the ones that get adopted by the majority of the artists. An artist like Jungkook even does boxing, but I consider boxing an hour and Cardio routine, so it’s already in the training pattern. So now, let’s try to give you a routine that you can follow to get a body like Kirito. I would suggest working out five days a week, training twice a day, and having active rest days. Also, add stretching before your routines.

Cardio

We will start with a cardio routine in the morning, for which I suggest doing 30-40 minutes of an interval boxing workout. So basically, you do different rounds of variations. Each round will be one and a half minutes long, and then you get 30 seconds of rest. It may sound easy but burn your body fat like no other workout. Once you get done with the routine, we will do a quick core circuit routine:
