Kisuke Urahara is a pretty cool character, and you would see him always have that chill vibe. But, that’s not all; he is also quite good-looking and has a very tall and lean physique. Now, I know many say how do you find Kisuke Urahara attractive? Well, you know, once that hat is out and the hairs all fixed, you will know how incredible he looks. So, is it possible to get a body physique like Kisuke Urahara, and if yes, what routines will help get a body like him?

Well, there are many things you can do to get as lean and toned as Kisuke Urahara. First, you need to understand that Kisuke Urahara is the former captain; he is an incredible swordsman. Other than that, Kisuke Urahara is strong, agile, and fast. So to get all of those things and be as lean and muscular as Kisuke Urahara, you would need to get into a good diet, training, and rest.

The diet and rest will be an essential part of your transformation. You would need to eat at least 3-4 proper meals a day with one snack that should be healthy. Try to eat more protein and healthy carbs. Add one source of protein at least in each meal you consume. It’s not about calories as it’s about nutritional values. You need to get a certain amount of protein, carbs, vitamins, etc. So try eating healthy and in moderation without worrying about calories.

Now about the training routine, as I stated earlier, it’s about fast techniques and movements and also strength. So I would suggest doing a quick cardio workout and then weight training or strength training to help you stay strong and fit. I won’t say that I like to confuse people with complexity, so I will keep it simple like always. The workouts should be a routine you can follow and progress in without much trouble.

We will start with a quick boxing routine to help you get the cardio workout, tone your muscles, get your footwork light, and increase stamina. What else do you need? Boxing is always one of my favorite workouts to go for, especially when you are training in interval training. So do 30-45 minutes of HIIT box routine with a minute and a half rounds and 30 seconds rest. After that, do a quick core workout with crunches, leg raises, plank hold, twister, etc.


Weight Training

The weight training will be a more simple routine, and we will be following a standard routine, ensuring we get all the muscles worked out and every part getting trained. Oh, before you do this workout, make sure to get your warm-up done.
