Kouvr Annon Workout Routine

Kouvr Annon used to be one of the fittest persons on Hype House. If you see her previous workout, it contained quite many things, especially going to the gym daily. The movement of her fit days was going dancing, doing yoga a few days a week, and working out in the gym, training her lower body and core a lot every day.

That all consumes her two to three hours of the day by just working out, and currently, Kouvr is not doing all that workout that she used to do. The workout routine that she does now is to relax and try to stay active. It is quite okay, as she seems quite happy with that, so I don’t see any point in other people getting sad about that. You know if you want to look good, then look good yourself; why are you telling other people why you got fat and stuff.

Look, everyone has the right to stay in whatever shape they want to, and you should not force your opinion on them. If you don’t like the way they look now, unfollow them and leave them alone for good; why you need to act so mean. However, even though most of you will keep doing that, that’s why I will give you the workout that she used to do when Annon was quite fit. So, follow this workout and get in good shape yourself.

Dancing

Start your workout with 30 to 50 minutes of the dance routine, don’t list bounce on your own; make sure to attend a class or watch a dance video. This routine will give you flexibility, work your cardio, and make you a good dancer eventually. If you can’t dance, then do a cardio workout like running, biking, etc.

 

Yoga

She used to do some yoga, workout, and also has stated that in interviews that she used to love yoga. If you want to look like her, make sure to do a yoga workout for three days minimum in your weekly routine. Ensure that you follow full-body yoga exercises; it’s free and available on the internet or YouTube. Do this routine for at least an hour, and you will be able to burn quite a lot of calories and get a slim waistline and shaped butt.

 

Weight Training

Kouvr used to hit the gym regularly; Annon even shared a video of her on Instagram, which you can check on here. The routine isn’t out, and we don’t exactly know what exercises Kouvr was doing, but I know that it contains the lower body and core workouts and a little bit of upper body routine. So that’s what we are going to do.

Kouvr Annon Skincare Routine

Kouvr follows a daily skincare routine to keep her skin healthy and shiny. She applies a face mask before sleep to take care of her skin. Therefore, if you want glowing skin then you must have to take care of your skin regularly. And yes, you can use home remedies as well as skincare products.

If you do it occasionally, then it won’t be very effective in the way that you want. But if you’ll follow all the routines regularly then definitely it will work. Apart from all, you need to follow all the skincare routines to keep your skin pure.

Kouvr Annon Diet Plan

The diet plan of Kouvr Annon, when she used to be quite fit, used to contain drinking a protein shake, boiled eggs, and a slice of toast with avocado for breakfast. For lunch she was mostly eating foods like salads or pasta, sometimes chicken or maybe Italian food. Evening snack also contained drinking either a protein shake or perhaps a glass of juice,  and for dinner, it was your regular chicken and veggies. 

However,  now if you see this interview of Kouvr with The Hollywire, you will see that Kouvr Annon stated that she eats outside with her boyfriend most of the time. She enjoys steakhouse meals and Saddle Ranch food and goes there regularly. Annon even told that now she just texts them for reservation, and doesn’t even have to call and book it. To have that kind of power, you need to be there regularly (lol).
