By doing constant idol training that includes a lot of dancing, Krystal had those abs naturally; even if she was carbs, the abs remain there because of her dance routine. The reason might be her genes, that even if she usually eats and focuses on her training, she has a better body than anyone else in her group. Krystal also has said that her abs are natural and came without any workout or specific exercises.
