After searching for his routine, I checked a lot of exercises and his training videos. You can see this video, for example, where Kyrie Irving is talking about how he workout during the Off-season. Kyrie Irving talks about how he wakes up at 6 am and then works out in the gym, hits weights, and gets to the team practice at 10 am. Kyrie Irving talks about putting in work almost every day and doing some things and working hard to get his workout done.

So what kind of workouts does Kyrie Irving does? Well, there hasn’t been any new interview with Kyrie Irving that will tell his training pattern. However, from what I have seen through the videos and witnessed, I would say that Kyrie Irving mostly starts with some gym workouts doing core routines, and hitting some cardio. Also, getting some weight training and then going to the team practice from 10 am until whenever the practice stops.

Other than that, I found many workouts on his weight training, but they had no statements to back up the workouts. Kyrie Irving’s workout includes starting with some cardio workouts. So he would be doing some running for a few minutes and hitting the treadmill or the court. That will help your body get warmed up before the weight training and help you avoid any possible injury during the weight training.

In weight training, we will be doing four days of workout, and after every workout, we will do a core routine. The core is something that Kyrie Irving works on most of the time. We will train legs only a single day a week, as your legs will already have a lot of workouts during playing and drills. So let’s get started:
