Death Note Character L Lawliet Workout Routine: L Lawliet is an Anime/Manga character known for the series “Death Note.” L was one of the main characters and was shown in almost half of the Death Note series until he died.

L was a super-smart human and was not even close to any average person-level intelligence. However, I’m sure many of you also think he had a very lean and model-type physique, so if you also want the L Lawliet workout routine, then keep reading.

L Lawliet Workout Routine

L is a character that was a brainiac and was not involved in daily physical activities. However, he was always super lean, and as he used to use the brain a lot, he consumed lots of sugar to keep his energy up and keep his mind awake. That’s one of the things you usually see people that play chess and shogi doing, as they are always required to keep their minds active.

Now when it comes to training like L, if you guys remember, L was shown as the pretty athletic guy on the episode where he plays Tennis with Light. So it was not that he couldn’t do any physical activity; he would rather preserve his energy and use it for his brain work. So there is no plan to get a body like L, but it’s not easy to get a body like L. L has a body like a K-pop idol that you see in Korean songs.

That’s why it may look straightforward, but the workout can get very complex, especially for those who will have to lose weight. Now, as L has a body like K-pop or J-pop idol, we will be training like one and get a good workout that will help you get a body like L. Also, remember that L doesn’t do these routines that I’m about to tell you here. All these workouts get put together by me to give you a body like L.

Cardio

We will be doing some cardio workouts for around one hour, so if you are not comfortable with cardio, do another workout. You can play basketball, tennis, etc., as these will work as a cardio routine and help you enjoy your favorite sports.

So for the cardio routine, I would suggest doing an hour of dance workout. It’s one of the fundamental workouts that K-pop and J-pop idols do. So getting a body like L would be easy with the dance routine.

It will help you burn many calories while keeping your body toned and also maintain flexibility. It will also help you strengthen your core muscles more and get those abs.

 

Weight Training/Core

We will do four days of workouts for the weight training that will contain a mixed workout routine that will help you get overall body shape. Also, when we get done with our weight training, we will finish it with a core circuit routine that will also help you get that last burn and make your workout complete.

  • Triceps dumbbell kickbacks

 

Friday

  • Smith machine squats
  • Hack squats
  • Crusty lunges
  • Skater lunges
  • Hip thrusters
  • Hip abduction
  • Calf raises
  • Hyperextension

 

Core (After every workout)

Circuits: 3

Exercises in each circuit: 8

Reps: 40 seconds

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

  • Crunches

  • Side to side leg raises
  • Russian twist
  • In and out
  • Plank twister
  • Plank hold
  • Side plank to a crunch
