Lana Condor Workout Routine

Lana has always stayed in a very fit shape. However, in the lockdown, she slowly gets a little lazy but recovers relatively fast and becomes even more fit. So I tried to figure out what Lana does to keep herself fit, and there is not much effort to find her routine.

The previous year, Self magazine interviewed Lana to discuss all the workouts and what she loves to do in her routine. In that interview, Lana told Self that she loves to exercise five days a week. In which she does a lot of cardio and HIIT workouts.

Lana also said that she hates doing burpees, but yeah, just like every actress, Lana still does it to get better. The other exercises that she does in the HIIT workout are her weight training for the lower body, including lots of squats and lunges.

Lana also loves to do fitness and group classes that she couldn’t continue in the pandemic. However, now that the gyms are open for sure, Lana would have continued them. The lessons that Lana takes and enjoys are Pilates, Boxing, and yoga. So yeah, after doing this much workout, there is no doubt that Lana will be staying in incredible fitness.

Now that we know what Lana does, let’s turn all of this into a routine that you can follow to get a body like Lana. We will also work out five days and even add some group workouts to get it more interesting. So let’s get started with the routines.

Cardio

In the cardio routine, Lana does a lot of jump rope, even if it’s for a few minutes. Lana said she couldn’t get out a treadmill in her home as there was not enough space in the room, but yeah, jump rope she can do anywhere. Doing in traditional ways feels good, and that also helps and benefits Lana in many ways.

 

High-Intensity Workout

In the high-intensity workout, I would recommend doing three to four days of weight training. We will train four exercises to five exercises of lower, upper, and core parts. So it won’t be an easy workout at all, but yeah, it will be super effective.

Also, incorporate many exercises like squats, split squats, Bulgarian squats, lunges, curtsy lunges, stiff-leg deadlifts, dumbbell deadlifts, etc. In the core, workout do lots of plank variations like side plank to the crunch, plank holds, plank walks, etc.

 

Group Exercises

In the group exercises, we will do two to three days a day. You can do Pilates, yoga, aerobics, etc. It will help you get betterer flexibility and change the mood so you won’t get bored with the same workout every day. Plus, all of these workouts will help you get lean and toned muscle and burn many calories.

  • Scrambled eggs with tomato sauce and Veggie Links or Olive oil avocado toast with seasoning

Lunch

  • Poke bowl or sushi or salad

 

Dinner

  • Noodles (mostly spaghetti) or ramen or udon
  • Chicken sausage
  • Wine

 

Late-night Snack

  • Sea salt and finger chips or seaweed
