Larri Merritt Workout Routine

Larri Merritt is quite an active Tik-Tokker that stays on the news by making many funny videos. He has gained fame by working hard and making some excellent videos that might make you laugh and have a good time. However, does Larri even work out that much? If he does, then what is the secret of his body shape?

Well, I tried to find it, as he has a very quiet similar fitness goal as James Charles, haha. I couldn’t find much about his workout routine; I do know that he’s ripped; he has abs, good muscles, and a nice butt. So I can’t figure out what he does, and there is also no post about the workout in the Larri Instagram account, so it makes it even harder to find out.

I think he workout with his Bf and other Hype House members to work out a lot of his butt and take care of overall fitness. Larri will focus on cardio, resistance body workout, and some circuit routine focusing on his core and lower area.

So I guess we can do a routine that will help you get a body almost like Larri.

So we will be training around five days a week for about an hour and a half. We will be doing a combination of some resistance band workout and cardio routine, plus some other workouts that might help you get a body like Larri.

Cardio

We will start with some cardio routine, like doing 10 to 15 minutes of running or biking for the warm-up. It will help you burn some calories while getting your body burning and blood flowing to all the parts. It will help to get you ready and warm up for a later routine.

 

Pilates

We will do an hour of Pilates workout three days a week. This workout is one of the best routines that help you stay lean, get a big booty, and provide you with a slim and thin waistline. Plus, you end up being super flexible and looking fabulous. That’s why many celebs personally follow and recommend this workout.

 

Circuit Routine

We will do circuit training two days a week. In the circuit routine, we will focus on mostly a full-body workout with resistance bands. So you can do exercises like bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, chest press, crunches, leg raises, donkey kickbacks, glute thruster, etc. All the basic exercises and keep the exercises less than 15 in your routine.
