I’m guessing that she must be doing workouts that include cardio, bodyweight training, and maybe some flexibility and mobility training. I would be saying that the best way to approach a body like Laura is by doing a workout that consists of doing exercises like running, boxing, spin class, yoga, Pilates. This way, you can get a lean and slim body shape like her.
Now I will give you a routine that will involve these workouts and help you get a body like Laura. The training will include working out one and half hours a day for five days a week. It will be in two parts where we will train in the morning for an hour and then in the evening for half an hour more.

In the morning routine, you will be doing yoga as soon as you get up. This routine will help you get a slim body shape with a thin waistline, and with that, it will also help your mental health and let you have a good body shape. Many celebrities do that to stay in shape, which includes lots of models and pop singers. This routine will work as our main workout for the day, so make sure you don’t skip it at all.
In the evening routine, we will do half an hour of boxing to work our cardio and tone our upper body. You can watch many boxing workouts on YouTube for free and even can download various apps. So do any of the activities that seem best for yourself.
