Lea Elui Workout Routine

Lea is one of the most followed celebrities on social media and has gained quite me with her incredible videos. However, Lea is also a model for many fitness brands like Puma and some bikini brands. The reason for that is simple; Lea has a great body shape with good curves and abs. It’s no wonder a lot of people want to know the secrets of her body.

So I tried to get some information about Lea’s workout and what she likes to do in her day. Sadly I couldn’t figure out the routine; even her Youtube channel has not gotten updated for two years. Also, her Instagram doesn’t give away much about the training Lea does. However, I know that Lea stays fit and goes to the gym or does some workout.

The way she looks is fantastic, and I would give you what I think helps Lea get fit. First of all, it’s dance; she makes many Tik-Tok dance videos, which takes a few minutes. Lea once said in her YouTube video that she dances and dances again and again. Another thing that Lea might be doing is weight training and going to the gym. The reason I say this is that she looks way better now than before.

Lea’s curves have gotten better. Her butt looks thicker, and even the breast area is more firm and looks in shape than two years ago. So I do think her routine contains at least four days of weight training. Lastly, I think she either does Pilates or goes for some yoga class to keep her body lean and toned while making sure she stays flexible.

So now, let’s go for a workout routine; I would probably tell you guys to do these workouts that I have mentioned, with more details and exercises will help you. We will work out and train for about six days a week for almost an hour and a half every day. It will be a mixed routine, so try not to leave any day and keep up with the workout.

We will start with a warm-up cardio routine before our actual workout. This routine will contain doing 20 to 30 minutes of treadmill or biking. You can do any cardio workout that you want; it’s up to you. However, I always recommend running at a moderate speed for the best results. It will make your body warm and get your muscles to lose and ready for getting trained.


Weight Training

In weight training, I will suggest that you do four days of workout, in which you can focus on training two days your lower body and two days upper and core muscle. While for most girls, I recommend a circuit routine, but I wanted to approach in a straightforward routine for Lea’s body shape.

Training days: Wednesday and Saturday 

On Wednesday and Saturday, we will do an hour of Yoga or Pilates class. They both give you flexibility, a lean body, strength, toned muscles, etc. It also helps you burn many calories while holding and using only your body. So make sure you do two days of these workouts as they will also help your body release all tension from the weight training.

The diet plan for Lea was also not given anywhere, so I don’t know what Lea eats or if she is a vegan or likes to consume meat. I do know she eats lots of fruits and healthy foods. So I will give you a plan created by me for Lea’s diet to help you get a body like her.
