Lee Haney Workout Routine

Lee Haney has a typical yet strict bodybuilder workout routine. All the exercises that he does are based on contracting the muscles and making you target the right part of the muscles while working out.

Now after researching the Lee Haney workout routine I found out that while he was doing his bodybuilding he used to follow a 3 days workout routine and rest on the 4th day. While doing that he also used to work out for his abs and calves every day.
