There is no denying that Lee Jae-Wook has a very lean and good physique. So how does he able to maintain that? Does Lee Jae-Wook work out?

Well, to find out the answers to the questions, I went to look up some interviews or maybe articles where Lee Jae-Wook may have talked about his workout. However, I could not find anything anywhere, but his Instagram showed Lee Jae-Wook in the gym this post. I have often seen that even the lean artist needs to go to the gym and work out in the Korean industry to stay lean. The reason behind that lean physique is to get more roles.

Since the only way you can get famous as a new face is when you do a teenage romance-based movie or show. If you don’t believe it check every actor or actress in the Korean industry. The most popular ones started through those roles. So don’t think that just because they don’t look muscular or bulky means, they don’t work out. It’s the opposite; they look lean because they work out.

Now about how can you get a body like Lee Jae-Wook? To get a body physique like him, you will need to focus on five days of cardio and weight training. As we focus on staying lean, you need to get enough cardio exercise to keep yourself slim. Also, you need to lift light to moderate weights during weight training, as a heavyweight with fewer reps helps you gain more muscle mass. At the same time, lightweight with more reps helps you get lean and muscular body shape.

In the cardio workout, we will be doing two main cardio workouts. We will start with 15 minutes of running at a moderate pace to warm your body up and get your blood pumping. Once you finish running, we will be doing 15 minutes of HIIT hydro-row machine. Focus on doing 1-minute rowing at moderate speed and then switching to 30-second sprints back and forth for 15 minutes.

 

Weight Training

After the cardio workout, we will do a basic five-day weight training routine. Every day we will train a separate muscle area to get an even workout. Also, as I said earlier, make sure you keep the weight limit to moderate. So let’s get started:
