Well, I read an article where they interviewed Lee Jung-Jae telling about how he kept a strict diet and did weight training to achieve the fighter body.

Lee Jung-Jae was training for six months before the shooting and then five months of training after that. So yeah, it was not an easy road at all, but consistency is the key here. So we can include workouts like weight training and cardio workout to get a body like Lee Jung-Jae.
