Cardio burner

This workout was not part of Leigh-Anne’s routine, but you can do this if you want to lose weight. After the training, the metabolism rate gets high, and if you do cardio at that high rate, you will lose more weight and quickly. You can do any cardio workout; make sure to keep it intense and short—a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes. If you don’t know which one to follow, then follow this routine:

  • 5 minute of HIIT treadmill running
  • 5 minute of HIIT hydro-rowing 
  • 1 minute of the battle rope
  • 1 minute of tire flip
  • 3 minutes of speed rope
  • 100-meter sprint at your maximum speed
