Leorio Workout Routine: Train like the Hunter x Hunter character Leorio: Leorio is an anime/manga character known for being part of the Hunter x Hunter series. Leorio is also a Nen user and quite a strong character of the series.

Leorio is also well known for being a money-minded person and always tends to work for money, but his reasons are excellent. However, he also packs excellent strength and physical fitness, so if you also want the Leorio workout routine, then keep reading.

Leorio Workout Routine

Leorio is one of the main characters in the first two series and then becomes one of the main supporting characters in the series and plays a massive role in the last season of Hunter x Hunter. While he’s not as strong as Gon or Killua, he’s undoubtedly come as a professional hunter that can use his nen abilities and fight an enemy when it’s time to fight. Leorio also has no athletic background like Gon or Killua, but he still completed all the tasks in the Hunter exam and showed that he could be Athletic.

If you see all the characters in Hunter X Hunter, you notice that Leorio is one of the most approachable characters in terms of fitness. However, even if he’s nowhere near the powers level of Gon or Killua, his physical strength and agility is nothing to get taken lightly. Leorio trained almost like Gon in physical fitness and strength, and the manga once showed Leorio being stronger than Gon when they went to get Killua.

Leorio opened the two gates single-handedly while Gon and Kurapika were having trouble opening even the first gate. So how do you train and get a body like Leorio? To get a body like Leorio, we would need to work on our cardio, strength, and muscles. That’s why I will be giving you a workout that will include four days of proper training consisting of workouts like cardio, core, and weight training.

The rest of the three days of the week, you can do an extra activity or even learn martial arts to be able to fight like Leorio as well. No matter how you look, Leorio was a capable fighter, and he did know and practiced martial arts. So you also do that and get fighting skills like Leorio. For now, let’s get into the workout routine:

Morning Routine

The morning routine will be our C&C workout routine, which is the Cardio and Core workout routine. This routine is one of the best and effective routines to maintain or get a lean and ripped body like Leorio. We will be starting with doing 3-5 miles of running at a moderate pace, and once you get done with that, you can do 10-15 minutes of interval rope jumps. After that, it’s them for our core workout, which will get done in a circuit routine.

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

Evening Routine

In the evening routine, we will be doing a mixed weight training routine where we will be training over one body part every day. It will be a basic upper-body and lower-body workout but don’t worry; it will show you the results with time.
