Lesley told Women’s Health that she trains with her trainer for about four to five days a week, and they do a mixture of cardio, strength training, and high-intensity interval training. Lesley also said that she loves to do a lot of yoga exercises, and she also works with a movement specialist.
There are many workouts that she does around the day, Lesley also believes in how you can be better by not sitting every day, and she also shows concern for people who work sitting every day in one place for an extended period.
