Lewis Hamilton Workout Routine
Lewis is one of the drivers that has promoted racing and brought a new youth audience towards F1 racing. We know how limited these sports are, but you see Lewis now getting known and surely bringing many people to watch him race as well—now coming to the things Lewis promotes, which is being fit. So what are the things that Lewis does to keep him prepared?
The first thing is the regular driver regime; you know that F1 racers need to train the neck the most as the pressure gets super high on turns. Then I also found many posts on his Instagram where Lewis talked about hard work and getting better. Finally, the last source that explained Lewis’s workout was his own words in the Men’s Health interview. There Lewis has explained all the things that he focuses on to get well.
Lewis stated that he was always a skinny kid that had to do lots of training to get bulked and gain weight. However, he cannot get super bulked or gain lots of muscle as being a driver. It would not help if you gain lots of weight and undoubtedly affect your performance. So while he does regular weight training, Lewis makes sure that he doesn’t overdo it.
Other than that, he focuses on cardio a lot as he needs better cardiovascular muscles during races when the F1 car gets over 190kmph. So Lewis also makes a lot of running and sprints that help him gain better stamina and agility. Then there is Pilates that keeps his core well structured and helps Lewis maintain a flexible, lean, and muscular body. He also trains the core separately to get an even more robust core.
So now, as we have learned the workout, I will be giving you a pattern that you can follow and get a body like Lewis. Remember that this is not precisely what Lewis follows; it’s a workout that I have created for you guys to get fitness like Lewis. We will also work out almost every day and focus on training for two hours at least a day. So let’s start the workout routine;
