To find her workouts and what she does, I went and looked at Lexi Hensler’s social accounts and her YouTube channel. However, no information could tell us about her workout routine or even work out. So I’m not sure how to approach a workout as there was no lead. There might be a possibility that Lexi Hensler might not work out much and stay active throughout the day while making videos, hanging out with friends, and doing certain activities.

So, for now, all I know is that Lexi Hensler stays super active throughout the day, and that’s all. However, I’m sure she might be doing some workout routine to keep herself fit and healthy. So I will be giving you a workout that will not be an official Lexi Hensler routine, but it will surely help you get a body like Lexi Hensler. We will add some cardio and then a toning routine that you can even do at home with resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. So let’s get started;

We will be adding some interval training cardio workouts to get that lean and slim body shape as not everyone has a high-Metabolism so we would need to work on the cardio to burn those calories. I would suggest doing 15-20 minutes of running and then hitting the rowing machine with this interval pattern;

  • 1-minute running/rowing at a moderate pace
  • 30 seconds sprinting at max pace
  • 30 seconds rest

 

Circuit Routine

To finish our workout, we will be doing a full-body circuit routine with resistance, some light weights, and bodyweight exercises. We will be working out five days a week in the gym, focusing on every muscle group, especially your core and lower body.
