Light Yagami Workout Routine

Light is the main character of the series, and you would know that he is also a villain of the series. He started taking over the notebook to make the world a better place, but in the end, Light thought of himself as the new God of this world. So Light tried to make the world go according to his will, ending badly for him, making him get killed at the end of the series.

Now there is talk about Light returning to life in a new manga series where he will ask for a favor from Grim Reaper King to send him back to the human world on the day he got the notebook. We still don’t know if it will be out soon or if it will be good, or Light will remain a negative character. Now about the workout and training that Light used to do? Well, Light was also a brainiac like L and didn’t Involve many physical activities.

So I don’t think I can give you the training that Light would do, but when we talk about how he stands out, it’s almost like a K-pop/J-pop idol. So we can also approach to get a body like Light by following the workouts that get often used by K-poo idols. That way, you will be getting a lean and ripped body shape. However, do remember that these workouts got put together by me and are not officially what Light did.

As we know, K-pop idols love to do lots of cardio workouts, and that’s the reason they look so lean and ripped. So that’s why we will also do an hour of cardio workout for about five-six days a week.

Now I would recommend doing a dance workout routine that will get you an excellent physical appearance, lean body, toned muscles, and burn many calories for you.

However, if you are not comfortable with that, you can do simple cardio workouts like running, biking, elliptical machine, and Hydro-rowing for about 15 minutes each.


Weight Training/Core

In weight training, we will only train like four days a week and do a mixture of workouts to help your overall body physique. Then, once you get done with that, we will finish it with a core finisher in a circuit routine to get the best core workout and get abs.
