Now, after you have gotten lean, you need to get ripped as well, for that start by doing lightweight and high reps workout. Follow a standard bodybuilding routine just instead of increasing the weight in every set, and you stay at light load and increase the reps.

This routine will focus more on shaping your muscle rather than gaining your muscle. Try to do at least 20 to 25 reps each set, also make sure you workout at least five days a week performing exercises for each body part.
