Lil Uzi Vert workout routine or a mystery? It’s so weird that he has such a nice body and abs, yet no one knows why and how? Well, we have a video from Clout where you will see Lil Uzi Vert showing his workout, at least some of his training. So in that video, we can see Lil Uzi Vert was live on Instagram, and then he’s doing stretches and other stuff in the park.

You will even see some windmills and cool dance moves in the end. So yeah, that does show that Lil Uzi Vert is quite fit to move in that way. 

Lil Uzi himself admitted at the end that no one knows that I workout, but now you know. Looking at his finishing activity or maybe a warm-up, I would say he relies on doing cardio and home routine.

Pretty sure he goes for a run in the park every day, warm-up before the run, and finishes with some stretching. That’s one way to stay fit, and you can get a lot healthier if you do that daily. 

However, I would still have to consider his body shape. Looking at that makes me wonder if he workout in the gym or not? Well, I think he must be doing so; that’s still a mystery. However, I will not take your time and tell you what to do to get a body like Lil Uzi.

Warm-up/Cardio

We will take one workout from what Lil Uzi said he does. So we will be doing 10 minutes warm-up and stretch and 20 minutes of cardio in the morning. Start with doing these stretches and warm-up exercises:

  • 20 x Squats
  • 20 x jump squats
  • 20 x high knees
  • 20 x toe touch
  • 20 seconds thigh stretch
  • 20 seconds calf stretch
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 20 seconds toe jumps

 

After that, you can go on a 2km run; even if you are a slow runner who can’t run fast, it won’t take longer than 20 to 25 minutes at all. For runners that can run at a reasonable and moderate pace, it will take a maximum of 15 to 17 minutes.

 

Gym Training

We will be working out only four days a week in the evening, and it will be working on the upper body, lower body, core, and strength training. As I don’t think Lil Uzi Vert does workout every day in the week. 

He has a nice body, which you can maintain by going to the gym four days a week. Also, remember it’s not what he does; I think it will be the best way to get a body like him. So let’s start it:

  • Leg press
  • Leg extension
  • Calf raises
  • Thigh abduction

 

Core

Sets: 3

Reps: 20

Rest time: 30 seconds

  • Crunches
  • Cross crunches
  • Russian twist
  • Leg raises
  • Plank hold for 40 seconds
  • Ab roller

 

Strength training

Sets: 3

Reps: 10

Rest time: 30 seconds 

  • Snatch
  • Overhead squats
  • Dumbbell squats to press
  • Deadlifts
  • Battle rope for 30 seconds

There is no diet plan for Lil Uzi Vert that is given and told. However, we have seen the rapper eating pizza and other stuff. While he also eats healthy foods, I guess it’s all about moderation and keeping his food balanced. There is no particular diet that stands out when we talk about Lil Uzi Vert, so we don’t know what he eats.

However, if you want to have a diet plan that will keep you in shape, start to eat healthier and try not to eat lots of junk food. Keep everything in moderation and remove the snacks from your daily meal. Just have either three healthy meals or 4 to 5 small healthy meals. 

Eat breakfast, and make sure to keep a three to four hours gap between your meals. Try all these things and workout regularly, and you will see results for sure.
