For now, I think she is doing Yoga and Pilates and working out, maybe five days to six days a week. Now let’s see what we can do to get a body like Lindsay Lohan. I will start by making a five-day workout routine; there is no need to go and work hard on Lindsay Lohan’s workout routine. We will work out an hour to an hour and a half maximum every day. Also, make sure that you stay active on your rest days, maybe go for a run or do any other activity.

We will be doing an hour of Yoga or Pilates class five days a week in the morning. However, I would recommend doing each exercise on alternative days. That way, you can get a good workout routine.
