  • Boxing for an hour

 

Wednesday

  • Cardio for 30 minutes
  • Full-body stretching for 20 minutes 

 

Thursday

  • Cardio for 30 minutes
  • Pilates for an hour

 

Friday

  • Yoga for 30 minutes
  • Boxing for an hour

 

Saturday

  • Yoga for an hour

 

Sunday

  • Rest day

    I have a question,after the first workout should we immediately do the second?

    Hi, I recommend doing them with a short break in between. However, doing one in the morning and another one in the evening would also work fine! So feel free to do it in a way that you feel more comfortable in and would not hurt yourself!
