So I checked Luan Santana’s Instagram account to see if I could find anything related to his workout. Luckily, I found a few posts like this post, where Luan Santana was in the gym. In addition, there were other posts where you can see Luan Santana do weight training.

However, there is no detailed workout or information which will tell us how Luan Santana approaches his body physique. So, I will be giving you a routine that I think will help you get a body like Luan Santana. I will also focus on weight training and adding cardio and core workouts to ensure you get that thin waistline and abs like Luan Santana. We will be working out five days a week, and in those five days, we will be training for an hour to two hours every day maximum. So let’s get started:

Warm-up Routine

In this workout, we will be focusing on warming up our bodies to make sure we don’t get injured while lifting weights. So we will be starting with 10-15 minutes of treadmill running at a moderate pace. After that, you can run at any pace that you feel comfortable running for 10-15 minutes. Once you get done, we will be finishing it with 5 minutes of jump rope and then 5-10 minutes of stretching.


Weight Training

Once you get done warming up, we will be doing an hour of the weight training routine. If you notice Luan Santana, he is big and muscular, so we will also be focused on gaining muscle mass. For that, I would suggest lifting heavy weights on each set and doing fewer reps with controlled movements. That way, your muscles will contract even more, and you can get a better workout. Once you finish the weight training, we will finish our day’s workout with a short core workout. After that, it will be a circuit routine. Finish it in under 15 minutes, and then that’s all for your workout. We will have six exercises in each circuit, and you need to repeat the circuit three times, so let’s get started:
