Lucy is a mage and one of the main characters that you see in the series. Lucy is also well known for being the love interest of Natsu and eventually ending up together with him and having lots of kids. However, if you talk about the powers, she is sure she can beat many of the strong enemies without the help of Natsu. So now the question about how to train like Lucy?

To answer that I can tell you that there isn’t any training you will see and can do to get ability like Lucy. However, if we are talking about Lucy’s physique, something can get done. We have seen that Lucy has a very curvy body shape with a well-shaped butt, a very slim waistline, and lean and toned arms. It’s almost like an Instagram model physique that we see these days that people are trying to get.

So to get a body physique like that, I would include workouts like resistance and some weight training, cardio, and stretching workouts. These workouts will surely help you get toned and also gain muscle while keeping your body flexible. We will do this workout routine for about five days a week, and for the rest of the two days, we will have active rest days. So you will not work out but will try to stay active and do certain activities to lose weight naturally.

Pilates

We will start with training in Pilates five days a week. It’s one of the best workouts followed by many Idols, Singers, Actresses, and models to get that slim waistline and well-shaped butt. The workout also helps you burn many calories while getting flexible and toning your whole body.

Pilates routine mainly contains doing floor Pilates and many of the Pilates machine exercises. So I would recommend you join a Pilates gym. Plus, do this routine in the morning so that your body can rest in between the workouts, as we will be doing other toning exercises in the evening.

 

Toning Workout

We will be doing four days of toning workouts in the evening to include weights, resistance, and some bodyweight training. It will be a circuit routine, so you will be losing weight while doing it, and instead of getting bulk, you will get lean and toned.

Also, I would recommend that you avoid using heavyweights during the workout if you don’t want to gain muscle mass.
