I did try to find her routine, but sadly, I couldn’t get much info about the workout; I did find out the diet, which we will talk about later. However, the workout is unknown, while I know that Luisa Sonza does work out to stay in shape. I would guess that she probably does cardio and weight training or circuit routines to keep herself fit and healthy. Most girls focus on this method, and they do work nicely.

So, now let’s turn a routine for you guys that you can follow to get a body like Luisa Sonza. As I mentioned, we will add cardio, circuits, and weight training to our workout. The workout will contain training for five days a week, and on the rest day, you need to do some activity to stay fit. It can be anything from hiking to doing all the house chores.

Cardio

Now before we start circuit weight training to remember to do remember to get the cardio workout done, in this workout, we will warm up our bodies with 10 minutes of running and then finish it with 10 minutes of an internal hydro rowing machine. So I would suggest making 45 seconds sprint and then 15 seconds off in the hydro row machine for 10 minutes to get a great workout.

 

Weight Training

We will be doing a circuit routine for the weight training where I suggest doing three days of lower body workouts and two days of the upper body while training our abs every day. So let’s get it started:

Reps: 15-20

Sets of each exercise: 3

Rest time after the circuit: 80 to 120 seconds
