Cardio

In an article in Men’s Journal where they interview Luke Bryan, Luke Bryan states that he does a lot of cardio to stay fit. Luke Bryan talked about how he was more into running 5-6 miles a day when he was in his 30s, but it started to get to his knees after a while, especially on the days when he was doing his concerts.

Luke Bryan mentions that his concerts are white physical, and he needs to stay moving on the stage for a long time, holding that guitar and jumping around. So Luke Bryan started finding another cardio exercise to keep his body moving. Cycling became his new thing for staying fit and healthy; Luke Bryan started cycling a lot every day.

Now, he still does that and goes on the road with his cycling buddies, sometimes hangs around on specific competitions, and gets going for the workout. So to be like Luke Bryan, you would need to do at least four-five days of cycling every week. Try to cycle for at least 15-20 miles at a moderate speed. If that’s a lot for you, then you can do 10 miles as well, but I would recommend cycling at least 15 miles if you are doing it only four days a week.

Weight Lifting

Now, this is not something that I can explain a lot about, as Luke Bryan posted this post on his Instagram 55 weeks ago. So Luke Bryan started going to the gym a year ago, and he does look in better shape now. So I’m sure that Luke Bryan did some short weight training, but not sure what routine he followed. So I will be giving you five days of workout that you can follow and get a body like Luke Bryan.
