Luke Hemsworth Workout Routine

The workout routine of Luke Hemsworth is done all in his home garage gym, where Luke and 6 more people workout together including Chris Hemsworth and Liam Hemsworth. So the Hemsworth brother often invites some co-actors to workout with them and everyone likes it.

According to what Luke Hemsworth said, it gives you more time to hang out and plus it’s a really great feeling when someone is there pushing you harder while doing your workout.

He also stated in one of his interviews that Chris is also working out with us and he often mixes a lot of cross-fit workout in our workout routine as he likes to do a lot of cross-fit training. There are many things they all do in their workout from cardio to weight training and mixing a lot of cross-training and full-body workouts. 

Usually, they start off with a warm-up and some stretching, one of the best things that Luke Hemsworth likes about his workout is hitting lots of weight. You may already have seen how wide he looks. He may not be the tallest brother but for sure he looks broader than anyone.

He often starts with cardio exercise on a treadmill or cross-trainer. 20 to 30 minutes of the cardio session is a great start for their workout.

So the full-body workout contains a lot of bodyweight exercise, cross fit exercises as well as HIIT training. They like to mix things up. We don’t know the full routine of their full body and cross-fit exercises but here are some of the exercises that they really like to do and have posted too.

So the diet plan of Luke Hemsworth is really good and healthy, filled with protein and lots of good fats and some carbs. He does have a cheat meal in one of his interviews he said that you can have a cheat meal and still look good and stay fit.

He even took the name of Dwayne Johnson and many big celebrities. He said that although he eats a lot of healthy foods while he’s shooting some movie or his show, as soon as he’s done, he likes to have some pizza and burgers.
